Scheduled refresh - error without details

Hi,

 

I have a report with a scheduled refresh set up. However, the scheduled refresh fails but without providing an error message about what failed. What i have is the following:

I'm not sure the refresh even failed, as the time of the update mentioned in the powerbi settings matches up with what i scheduled.

    Hi qmestu 

    1. Whether your data source is equipped with a gateway, it is possible that during the re-refresh period, the gateway suddenly terminates and then restarts, resulting in a refresh failure, you can try to add the gateway again to see if the error still occurs.
    2. Please check if you have multiple refreshes in parallel at the same time, which may affect performance and cause the refresh to fail, try staggering the refresh times, and then see if the problem occurs.

      Hi,

      1. Data sources are Web APIs or OneDrive hosted excel files. As far as i can tell, none of them go offline during the refresh process.

      2. I have tried this with only one refresh scheduled and manually refreshing (at a different time). No change.
