Hi everyone,
I found out that one of my datasets has suddendly disabled its scheduled refresh without any email warning a few days ago (on 20th of September).
This is my refresh history:
| Scheduled | 25/09/2018 08:02:16 | 25/09/2018 08:16:04 | Completed | ||
| On demand | 24/09/2018 10:02:46 | 24/09/2018 10:02:57 | Completed | ||
| Scheduled | 20/09/2018 08:02:19 | 20/09/2018 08:14:42 | Completed | ||
| Scheduled | 19/09/2018 08:02:17 | 19/09/2018 08:11:06 | Completed | ||
| Scheduled | 18/09/2018 08:03:14 | 18/09/2018 08:14:49 | Completed | ||
| Scheduled | 17/09/2018 08:02:07 | 17/09/2018 08:13:08 | Completed |
Any guess on why this could have happened? Why a scheduled refresh has suddendly disabled itself?
I know for sure that nobody has touched that configuration because I am the only one who have access to this dataset
Thank You
Hi @giulia_iem,
Was the gateway offline from 21/09/2018 to 24/09/2018? If that is the case, you won't need to manually enable scheduled refresh after the gateway is running again. The scheduled refresh will work as before since 25/09/2018.
Regards,
Yuliana Gu
No, I'm not using a gateway, I was querying a SQL Azure Database in Import mode.
As you can see from the schedule log, there wasn't any error connecting to the database, I simply found it disabled like someone disabled it intentionally (but it's not what happened).
