Hi,
We are seeing an occassional error with the refresh expiry token, it seems to occur at random times on certain workspaces. The error message is:
"It looks like the refresh token expired. Please go to the dataset settings page and reenter the undefined credentials for the undefined data source".
We have changed the scheduled cache refresh to every 15 minutes but still occassionally seeing the same error.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Thanks for the update! Yes, I have a Pro Licence and the workspaces are on Premium capacity. I will look at the links and raise a support ticket.
