Scheduled Refresh timeout
Over the past week, we've been encountering issues with the scheduled refresh of a dataset. This dataset refreshes in under 5 minutes manually, but when the refresh is scheduled it takes over 2 hour...
We are on the shared service (not Premium) as well and I've been seeing random failures for weeks. This morning while trying to recover from a weekend power outage that caused failures on my end, an on-demand refresh has taken more than two hours and still isn't done. Scheduled refresh worked well last night. Hopefully the problem has been resolved.
