I have deployed one dashboard in power BI and it is set for scheduled refresh on daily basis. I am wondering why i am not getting scheduled refresh notifications even after subscribed for email alerts. Can anyone help what could be the problem? And
Is there any way to provide alternative email id also for refresh success/failure alerts?

Subscriptions only send an email for the first successful refresh of each day. They are meant to distribute daily updates to users, not to monitor performance. Alerts for refresh performance are only failure alerts. There are no success alert emails as far as I know. If you have scheduled refreshes and you're not getting emails, that should mean they're all successes.
