Scheduled Refresh not available

Good afternoon community,

I have a few excel files that are populated by user data through a microsoft form. The excel files are located on onedrive. I pull that data together and make a powerbi report. I want to set up my report to automatically refresh data based on a schedule. When I go to schedule refresh, that option is greyed out. Based on what I was able to find it sounds like it's an issue with credentials.

When I go to credentials I have the error 

Failed to test the connection to your data source. Please retry your credentials.Learn more

For all the sources it looks like this.

When I edit credentials I get this screen, and it hangs up forever.

I AM able to manually refresh, which is fine, just not ideal. 

I'm guessing my problems is with the credentials but I don't know how to get past this part.

Things I have tried: 
Cleared Cache
Deleted and added sources

This did not solve my problem however I think it's because of the permissions set up by my IT department.
