Scheduled Refresh is grayed out - Power BI

There could be different reasons for this. Maybe your data source is missing credentials. Does any of the following help you? 🙂

Had the same issue, expanding the Data Source Credentials paragraph triggered it checking the credentials and then the Refresh paragraph was reenabled.
NB: This was after several scheduled refreshes failed, underlying issue was corrected and a manual refresh had succeeded. I did not need to actually do anything with the credentials except view the section, they were already fine.
