Scheduled Refresh failure even after Incremental Refresh
Hi. Before thinking about increasing the capacity you should always check some practices.
First of all, be aware of the data model. Creating a good star schema of the process you are solving at the model it's important. Then read the following doc with practices.

If any of those reduce the size of the model or the time of the refresh. Then you can consider upgrading your capacity.
