Scheduled Refresh failed without error message

Hi,   I have a scheduled refresh which running without any issue all the while. However, the refresh failed since 3 days ago with the status "Failed", when I open the show details and no error mes...

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    There is currently an issue with the Gateway where they recommend installing an update.

Hi,

 

I have updated my gateway service to the latest version and I am still getting error in my refresh.

Attached the screenshot.

Please assist.

      I would suggest logging a support ticket or trying to troubleshoot with the verbose logs.

      There are no other indications of what is causing the error.
