Scheduled Refresh Silently Failing

    Hi TPTTRFR,

     

    I also saw the same error flashes quickly then goes away when the dataset connects to a local file with personal gateway. But my dashboards/reports are working fine without the blank issue.

     

    Could you try uninstalling your personal gateway, then install the new personal gateway from this link to see if the blank issue remains? :smileyhappy:

    Thanks for this -  uninstalling and reinstalling the Personal Gateway has fixed the problem. I'm glad it was an easy fix.
