Since September 13th, I am no longer able to access the page to schedule data update.
When I click on the icon, nothing happens.
What could have happened?

APR in the latest version is not available ? so what if I want to activate this APR?
Hi,
- Check if you have the data source connections configured in Gateway (Gateway Connections)
- if so, check the 'Shceduled Refresh' option under 'Optimize performace' , I know it sounds weird , but looks like some European customers are seeing the scheduling option under this category

Update - our sysadmin removed and re-added me to one workspace, and I was able to get to schedule refresh page in all workspaces.
I am sysadmin, and I can't acess scheduled refresh page.
Did you try removing yourself and then re-adding yourself to the workspace?
Same here. We are connected to the US-NORTH-CENTRAL region. This is happening to all of our workspaces even the ones for which I am an admin. Anybody submitted a support ticket?

I have the same issue in all of my workspaces too.
Check your workspace access, it might be updated.
