Scheduled Refresh Greyed Out

Hi Everyone,

In PBI desktop, my reports refresh without any issues, hence data sources are working but when I publish to service and try to schedule refresh, I get this error message as dispalyed in the snip below and a greyed out "scheduled refresh" section.

My data sources are

- PostgreSQL db

- Netsuits db &

- Google sheets

NOTE: We are not using a "gateway" in this solution as it's not needed.

Your assistance in resolving this will be highly appreciated.
