Hi there

Could you check to make sure that your Gateway is up and running?

Also what version of the power BI Gateway is installed?

    GilbertQ Power BI desktop is version 2.64.5285.741. There is no gateway as all the data is in the cloud (OneDrive, Sharepoint Online and Salesforce.com Objects).

        GilbertQ A previous version of the report was using a scheduled refresh. I had to recreate the reports due to the Sharepoint site being migrated, but otherwise, the other data sources are the same. Any idea what the error message means?
