Scheduled Refresh Error

Hi Everyone    Am getting this type of error. But Gateway Connection and network Speed also fine. i try to resolve it. but i cannot do it. please sort me out.

Hi Anonymous 

It's been a month since we last discussed, did you get it working? 

Did you add the Data sources/ server to the Gateway?

Also you might want to update the Gateway

      No still now it's not working.
      Yeah, we are already added the datasources, but in last two month ago it's working fine
      Gateway also updated but it's not refreshed the data. please find the below attachments.
