Scheduled Refresh Error

Hi Everyone    Am getting this type of error. But Gateway Connection and network Speed also fine. i try to resolve it. but i cannot do it. please sort me out.

Hi Anonymous 

the data source is not correctly configured in your Gateway, check the data source credentials.

          Configuratrion also fine . i dont know what is the error. please sort me out.
