Scheduled Cache Refresh

Hi All,

 

I am not able access the  Refresh frequency option available under scheduled  cache refresh as it has been greyed out to set the refresh frequency time.

 

As we have cloud as datasource so I have not installed the Gateway.

 

Kindly Help me on this issue.

    Hi there

    Can you please make sure that you have set up the data source credentials in your above screenshot.

    If that is not configured it cannot automatically do the scheduled cache refresh.

    Hi Vannikuthalam,

    It seems like you are work with a live mode cloud data source. For these options, normally the options will available when you finished verifying and configurations.

    Please check the connection and datasource credentials configurations first to confirm if they are valid first.
