Schedule refreshing issue

Hi,

The report is refreshing manually in Desktop ,But showing error at service side when refreshing based on schedule time. 

Please , let us know the solution.

Firstly, please check if you hit the know issue which has been listed in Power BI support.

If you don't hit that know issue, what is your data source?  

Do you have this issue if you refresh manually in Power BI Service?

Hi,

Our datasource is SQL server. We are having the issue if doing manually in powerbi service also but, it is refreshing quickly in power bi desktop without any error.

Would you please share gateway log files? 

In addition, could you share the failed error message with RequestID and ClusterURI, so that I can copy and do a research on it?
