please follow the below steps:
1) create a server within the same vnet where all your databases are hosted
meaning you should be able to access all databases from that server
2) then install the powerbi gateway on that newly created server
1 server can take care refresh for all databases via powerbi service
I'm sorry, i don't understand the first point. Can you give more details, please?
