Schedule refresh issues - WHY!

My schedule refresh was working perfectly previously but now it is greyed out and I cant choose what times to refresh

From you screenshot, it seems you don't use a gateway, right?

Which kind is your data source and how many datasources do you use?

And which mode do you use, DirectQuery or Import mode?

It is noted using multiple sources is not supported in DirectQuery mode and Import mode is the only way

As searched, some similar issue was that the credentials to one of sources was wrong and was finally sloved by updating the credentials and republishing it to the cloud, could you give a try to see if helps?
