Schedule refresh error : Personal cloud connection : Big query

I have power bi scheduled reports connected with Personal cloud connector to bigquery, it was working perfectly fine, as of a sudden all scheduled refresh failed and this error . For 3 users out of 4. I can't find the problem , the reports refresh in power bi desktop perfectly fine. I made sure that the cloud service (big query) is not down for any reason, it is up and running and working normally. Where else could the problem be in ?

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.
