Schedule Refresh no working on Sharepoint 2010 List using Odata

Super UserAhh apologies I was thinking of getting it via SharePoint Online.
Did it make any difference when you changed the version numbers?

Nothing Changes with version 3 or 4.
I even tried Excel with PowerQuery... everything works until scheduled refresh :(
