Schedule Refresh greyed out for One Drive data source

Hi,

I'm having issues with setting up the data refresh for my dataset in PBI service. The files are located on the One Drive that is associated with my Microsoft account with the PBI licence associated with it.

However, I can't seem to modify the settings as everything is greyed out.

I can't figure out how to fix this, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Thank you both for your replies.

I should've included this in the original message, but the data source credentials section is also greyed out.

Hi. The first thing to check would be what cassidy has said. Be sure your credentials are there. If you are greyed out and can't even access there, you can check this video that might help.

I hope that helps,

The error is pointing to your credentials, are those showing as set up correctly? (an "x" appears to incorrect credentials)
