Schedule Refresh fails sometime

Hi 

We are facing an issue with schedule refresh one of reports. The schedule refersh sometime times work but it fails sometimes and we see the below error. All are data files are in sharepoint (list and folder filed). When we run the refresh in the desktop file it work fine and all tables gets refreshed. 

Processing error: The key didn't match any rows in the table.
