Hi, @shareezsaleem
The error message suggests that there is an issue with the connection between the On-premises data gateway and the folder data source. This could be due to a number of reasons such as incorrect configuration settings, network connectivity issues, or incorrect credentials. You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the configuration settings of the On-premises data gateway and ensure that they are correct. Make sure that the data source is configured correctly and that the credentials are valid.
Check the network connectivity between the On-premises data gateway and the folder data source. Ensure that the network connection is stable and there are no network issues.
Check the firewall settings on the On-premises data gateway and ensure that the required ports are open.
Check the logs for the On-premises data gateway and the folder data source for any error messages or warnings that may provide more information on the issue.
Restart the On-premises data gateway and try to connect again.
Note that the error message indicates that the issue is related to the data source access error. You can refer to the Power BI documentation for more information on this error and how to troubleshoot it.
