Schedule Refresh always grey
AnonymousGood morning, so, yesterday I finished everything, schedule was prepared, and was successfull, so I just log off from my laptop, and leave another chedule refresh. But this morning, after I log in tom my Windows session, my Gteway connection is "offline", and I tried everything to be online, even reinstalled On premises Personal, but nothing, I'm still offline.
In Mange Gateway, I'm "online, and good to go". I also restarted On-premises Personal, and even my laptop, but nothing, I'm still offline. And I remark that we need to be loged on, never shutdown PC, never loged out for Windows session. Is it true, or not?
And how to be online now, after all that I already do.
Since this morning, when I was offline in Gateway connection, until 1PM, it's becomed by it self online. Still don't understand why I was offline, and why sudenly change to online by it self?
LuteceFalco There appear to be some issues around Excel file and refresh posted on the support site here, is it possible you fell into the bucket that would be affected? Otherwise, glad it's working.
AnonymousThanks for all your help, and tips, it's work perfectly, with our Excel file which updates every hour. I'm glad that we have a people who are here to help us, I hope so that I can helping someone else, more I progresse in my knowledge in PBI.
