Scenario to transfer user comments to SQL with PowerApps and Flow
I'd like to add a feature into my report that enables end users to add comments. I'd like to add these comments to my SQL database and link them back to my report. I'm not using Power BI Report Serve...

When you publish your PowerApp, do you get a link to your app? Clicking that link you'll get directed to the webpage of that app...
