SQL TEMP TABLE NOT WORKING IN PBI SERVICE REFRESHES

    My understanding is that if it is working on PBI desktop but not on the service, since it is a on prem gateway, the issue may be related to the gateway.

    Correct.  However the issue is not with the temp table. The issue is that the user of the gateway's connection does not have permission to access the view.
