    ibarrau, we found the answer. 
    The RLS don't apply if you are added in Properties of the Analysis Services Server.

Hi, be sure to check the roles of the people with licence at Power Bi Service Workspace. Only Viewers or users with no build permission (individual share) will apply RLS. Otherwise they will see all data because the have edit permission and you need to see all data to edit.
