Row Level Security for some users who are having same access
All the users were not having any access to workspace. Only given access to the dataset and the underlying reports. The Users were given Read,Reshare and Build permissions on dataset and Read,Reshare on the reports but still the RLS is working for few users and it is not working for other users.

Can you doublecheck that the users for whom RLS doesn't work have the Viewer role and not Contributor or above?
The Users were not given access to the workspace. Users were only given permission to the dataset as Read, Reshare and Build. but still the RLS is not working for few users. RLS is working for some users who are having same set of permissions. The users for whom the RLS is not working, They are not part of any AD groups which were given access.
