I have developed a paginated report (.rdl) using a PowerBI dataset. The PowerBI dataset has RLS setup.

Is there a way to setup RLS for the paginated report as well? 

I found this resource but it seems to refer to embedded reports only. I hope for this report to live in the PowerBI App space.

According to your description, I think you can implement RLS for your dataset in the Dataset Properties window, like this:

I don't seem to have those options when I right click.

I'll try the other solutions linked and see if they work.
