Ribbon Chart not correctly rendering when publishing online

How about now?

 

See how the desktop correctly shows all of the related data, where the online version on the right does not?

 

There's no additional filtering happening between these two charts or anything like that. I simply when to publish draft 1 of this new report I'm working on and when I went to view it online, it came out like this :(
