Restrict access for admins
Hi. If they want to publish a report restricted, they might need to consider a restricted workspace. That would let you keep only view access with RLS for the restricted data of the report. Remember that Admin, Member and Contributors of a workspace won't apply for RLS, they will see everything. That's why you might need to publish in a different place. You can use RLS if you have different audience to view different filtered data in the report.

Dang, you are right, i forgot about the RLS and Admins...i assume it is the same for OLS?
I am looking for another solution than creating another workspace, as we have strict governance rules and every workspace needs additional 2 admins. Not my preferred solution tbh.
I guess the same for OLS. It's a premium feature that I haven't tested that much so I'm not completely sure. The thing on RLS is that you can't skip permissions. The admin, member or contributor will see everything even if you don't want or like it. If you don't want to create a new workspace, then you might need to consider reorganizing the whole workspace users structure. Maybe sharing with App and only keep admin users on the workspace. That would be the only way.
