Required Power BI licence for RLS with users outside the organisation
Good morning, I need to create power Bi dashboards to present data to clients. each client must have the average results and their own results. Which power BI license will allow me to meet this need...

you will need pro license
To achieve Row-Level Security (RLS) and share Power BI dashboards with users outside your organization, you will need a Power BI Pro license for yourself. However, your clients will also need Power BI Pro licenses if you want to grant them access to the shared dashboards with RLS applied.
