Reports are not loading properly when report is opened by Shared User and Filters are gone too

HI, I am the person who created the reports and shared with other Users.  It was working perfectly till last day, When shared user open the report today and try to refresh it, all labels in reports...

    Does the end user still have the same permissions? ie. Pro User, nothing changed in AD on their credentials, etc?

    Is this the only issue they are having is refreshing this dashboard?

    I just asked the end user, She did change her AD password.

    I aksed her to update the BI Personal  Gateway password and it worked for her.
