HI,
I am the person who created the reports and shared with other Users.
It was working perfectly till last day, When shared user open the report today and try to refresh it, all labels in reports and filters are gone..Report is showing loading icon continousily.
But When I open the report, it works fine and i can refresh the report too.
FYI - Report was created via Power BI desktop and publlished to power bi app. Report is connected to SQL table as data source.
Error details when shared user tried to refresh and from where the problem begins :_

Does the end user still have the same permissions? ie. Pro User, nothing changed in AD on their credentials, etc?
Is this the only issue they are having is refreshing this dashboard?
I just asked the end user, She did change her AD password.
I aksed her to update the BI Personal Gateway password and it worked for her.
Thank you for your help and you sensed a good catch 🙂
Can you clarify what you did here? Did you create a content pack and share that, is this a group you created?.. It can't relate to just sharing a dashboard, as there is no functionality to refresh a data set of that for an end user.
Hi,
Thanks for quick reply.I created Power Bi desktop file and published to Power BI app. Then, i shared the Dashboard to an User.
User clicked below highlighted button to refresh which caused the problem :-
That is interesting...
I don't see any reload or refrech icon at all as an end user...
Is it possible to "refresh" the user? Stop sharing and re-share?
Yes, I did try below options:-.
1)I removed the sharing with user and shared the dashboard again.
2) I removed sharing, refershed the data set and shared again. No luck.
