Hello,
Today I noticed something weird.
I looked at usage metrics of one of my reports and I saw that the report was viewed by an user who should not have access to it.
I have a specific list of users to whom I granted the access to the report, and I am sure that this person is not on the list.
How is it possible that this person apeared on the usage metrics report?
Does it mean, that the person is able to read the report without me granting access?
Also check the "links" section under the "Manage Permissions" for the report.
If any of the users you gave permission also have "Reshare" permissions, they could have added users or created links to share.
You would have to set up a test case to see if the Usage Metrics captures unsuccessful attempts to navigate to the report.
If the user has View level permissions at a workspace level, the user can navigate freely through all the content there. I would start checking over there.
