Report subscription with PDF not working

My License type: Premium Per User However, when I tried to subsribe to report with PDF attachment, the option is gray with message "Upgrade...." Please help.

    yes, do you need to switch workarea to Premium per User. 
    No, Power bi Pro user can't access to the report stored in a Premium per User work area.


    I had the same your problem, i created a copy of the reports in another workarea /Premium per user) and i am using it only to send the pdf.

It is not in a Premium Capacity workspace ( I don't have it)

I only have PPU license. Previously I didn't know I have to mannualy change my workspace to PPU.(I thought once the PPU license is activated, settings will be automatically changed too.)

 

Now if I change my Workspace settings to PPU, will the other users with Pro liscense be able to view the report too?
