I have an issue where certain users are no longer able to see the data in some reports, they can still open the reports but they just show '(blank)' under each heading.
This could be related to a recent change in users email address format firstname-lastname to firrtname.lastname with different domain, the old email is still accessable so not sure if this is related but just wanted to be transparent for troubleshooting purposes.
This happens for these users on both their laptops and mobile apps. On their desktop, i've cleared out the browser cache etc and even ran in an incognito tab and still the same. i've made sure when logging in they use their new email format.
any insight or troubleshooting steps welcome.

Hi, yes we are using rls. not so familiar with it though.
i suspect we are as that is also presenting an issue im powerbi. just to add, i've recently taken over the IT as my company so still getting a handle on how things have been setup! i may need some guidance on this then.
