Report metrics
I would like to see which PowerBI report is consumping the maximum CPU utlization and server memory. What is the best way to pull this data from PowerBI service?
Also, let me know what sort of datapoints helps understanding the report performance.

Reports are not consuming CPU or memory. Datasets consume CPU (when rendered) and memory (when they are loaded into the capacity). If you have Direct Query connections then queries initiated by visuals consume memory and CPU.
Please be more specific which performance you are concerned about - frontend UX, or backend data management?

If you are a Power BI Premium user, you can use the Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app.
Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app provides information about capacity utilization such as CPU, memory consumption by reports/datasets. You can check this information in the Health Centre under the Admin portal at a high-level. Go to Get Apps -> Search Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics App -> Install it.
