Report getting failed in Power BI Service while refreshing dataset

Hello All,

I am receiving an error in Power BI service while refreshing data ( Both On-demand and schedule refresh)

Error - There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.

Data Records - 13 Million

I have a Power BI report where data is beng imported from Bex Query.

At desktop-level, the refresh works fine, with zero performance issues, and also when publishing it to services again no issue. But when we refresh the dataset in Power BI service I am receiving the above error.

Need your help to get this solved.
