    Hi all,

    Thank you for your responses and input. It appears that the issue was related to the workspace configuration - specifically, it is a development environment that restricts access to users with a Pro license only.

Hi ALZK,

 

check in both workspaces in the "workspace settings" -> "workspace type" what are the configurations there.

I assume the "old" workspace had a capacity of F64 or higher and the new one below. As per MSFT definition, below F64 a report creator or consumer need to have a Power BI Pro or higher licence. With F64 or above this is not needed anymore.
