Report Usage Metric

Hello,

I have this problem for a long time to control my workspace views. Someone had the same problem? Can you guys help me?

    Hi Anonymous 


    What I would do is to delete the report metrics and then start again and see if that helps?

     

    It should not loose any of the historical data.

        Hi Anonymous 

         

        You should be able to click on the report and then click on the item as shown below.

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    May I whether you still have problems on viewing the usage metric report? If you click on “See details” displayed on your visuals, what kind of info will you see?
