Report Bookmark for export and subscription
Export Report To File API supports both bookmarks and report level filters.

If you use Power Automate then you can get all that functionality for nearly free, if you prefer Powershell then it is a bit more work.

Hey, thanks for the tip. But doesn't this require a Premium capacity?
I tried to do this with Power Automate but it seems exporting capabilities are locked unless you have a Premium capacity.

It doesn't need a premium capacity. You can try these methods in pbi desktop, and RLS also need to configure it in service. If you have some ideas but some problems, You can explain more detailed, and I will try my best to help you.

I was refering to Ibendlin answer; I believe export to file requires Premium subscription?
Your solutions does not really work for me. I do not wish to restrict data access. What I would want is to distribute reports based on selections/favorite.
In my example, the dashboard - contains data for all stores
I want Director of store A to have access to all the data, but be able to receive a report with his own store performance.
It seems there is no way to do this without creating one duplicated reports or sheets with individual fiters
