Repoint a power bi report to another semantic model in PBI Service

Hi everyone,

I’d like to confirm something regarding reports using Live Connection to a semantic model in Power BI Service.

Is there any supported way to repoint an existing report to a different semantic model directly from the web interface (PBI Service)? From what I know, this isn’t possible—you can only do it in Power BI Desktop by editing the data source and then republishing the report. But I wanted to check if there's any known method, workaround, or recent feature that allows this kind of redirection from the service side.

You can do this with the Rebind Report In Group api
