    Hello fdv99999 ,

    Hi fdv99999,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Power BI disables the refresh schedule after four consecutive failures or when it detects an issue that requires a configuration update, such as invalid or expired credentials. Please note that the threshold for consecutive failures cannot be changed.

To resolve this issue, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Open the Power BI Service and go to the workspace where the dataset is located.Click on the ellipsis (...) next to the dataset and select Settings.

    2. In the Data Source Credentials section, you will see a list of data sources used in the dataset. For each data source, click Edit Credentials.Enter the required authentication details, such as username and password, or use the authentication method required for the data source.Ensure that you save the credentials after entering them.

    3. Once all credentials are updated, scroll to the Scheduled Refresh section.Enable scheduled refresh and set the desired refresh frequency.

If you find this response helpful, kindly mark it as the accepted solution and provide kudos. This will help other community members with similar queries.

    Thank you.
