Refresh notification email

Hello

Is there a mechanism to get email notification when a report has been refreshed every day?

A report might take 1 hr on a particular day and 1 hr 15 mins on another day. 

So instead of monitoring on Power BI service, I want to get email in my inbox saying that refresh has been refreshed.

I could have used "Subscribe" feature, but that doesn't work when we have Row level security on the report.

Hi @Anonymous,

I think subscribe feature should suitable for your requirement, but current it not works on reports who has set up RLS.

In my opinion, I'd like to suggest to use flow to setup a trigger to send notice message every time your data source update.(I'm not so sure if flow not support your datasource type)

@Anonymous - You can try using Flow or maybe something within the PowerShell PBI cmdlets, and the Subscribe Feature works perfectly for self even if RLS in place, subscribing others to it is what won't be working if RLS is implemented.
