Refresh failed with error: DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError

I use mysql server, have already configured incremental refresh to dataset, save 1 year data, but still wrong like below:

Previously, if there is an error, refreshed manually again. It can be refreshed successfully, but now it always fails, can someone help with this?
