Refresh Schedule disabling after just one failure
Just an internal service error, which is nothing I wouldn't expect to happen occasionally. Credentials are fine
Thank you for confirming, TomCox . I'm glad to know it was just a temporary service error. If the issue happens again, please share the refresh history details so we can assist further.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, TomCox. That helps clarify the situation.
It appears the refresh schedule is being disabled after just one failure, rather than the usual four consecutive failures. This can sometimes occur if the service encounters a temporary internal or environment related issue. Since your credentials are correct and the error seems internal, it’s likely a brief service issue.Could you check if the issue is still occurring?
If it continues to turn off after a single failure, it may be best to open a support ticket so the team can review the backend logs for more details.Create a Fabric and Power BI Support Ticket - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Thanks again for providing the details and the refresh history.
