Refresh Schedule disabling after just one failure

Hi All Normally scheduled refresh disables after 4 consecutive failed refreshes. However in one workspace I have, it's disabling after just one. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? I'm having t...

Hello TomCox , as AntoineW indicates, credential errors will disable the refresh right away.  What error is being reported for the refresh?  This would be helpful to see.

    Just an internal service error, which is nothing I wouldn't expect to happen occasionally. Credentials are fine
