Referencing a Specific Cell in Reports

Sure,
Click the Bar chart icon.
Then drag the following columns into the Axis and values buckets. Use the little arrow to select, "Min" on Critically Low, "Max" on Excess, then "Average" on Current inventory.

Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for! Would you mind sharing with me the steps taken to make this? I'm not familiar with use of the Axis field.
