Referencing a Specific Cell in Reports

I'm trying to make a bar graph in reports that displays the maximum, minimum, and current value (column header) of a product (row header). I having trouble with this as Power BI is very column centri...

    Sure,

    Click the Bar chart icon. 

     

    Then drag the following columns into the Axis and values buckets. Use the little arrow to select, "Min" on Critically Low, "Max" on Excess, then "Average" on Current inventory.

Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for! Would you mind sharing with me the steps taken to make this? I'm not familiar with use of the Axis field.
